Good morning fearless Intangible readers! I’ll cut to the chase: as my internship ramps up I’ve decided to take a slight summer holiday from Intangible. I’m reducing the number of new brands each week to one and dropping the news/internship sections for the time being.
Yes, I know sad news… but the silver lining is that I’m going to spend the next few months reflecting on the future of Intangible. This means when it’s time to come back it will be bigger and badder than ever before!

Whoever decided on July’s branding I salute them - it’s cool as ****. Pun intended. July AC was founded by Muhammad Saigol and Erik Rauterkus, who were former colleagues at Boston Consulting Group. They noticed that as other in-home technologies became sleeker and more modern, air conditioning units were being left behind.
Not any more! July’s units are minimalist and come with options such as a teak wood cover and long-range remote controls. They’re also backed by two D2C champions: Bonobos founder Andy Dunn and Casper co-founder Luke Sherwin.
The small unit starts at $349 while the medium is $399.
